Briefly About The Talk Show

Over the years of my counseling practice, I have realized that people accumulate pain from childhood,
teenage, young adulthood, adulthood, and senior stages of their life. This pain torments them mentally
and is manifested in negative recurrent thoughts, emotions and behaviors, strained relationships at
home, work and in society. Finally, this pain takes a very big toll on their general wellbeing, and they
struggle with many physical, spiritual, and psychological ailments. Serious mental and medical illnesses
cost them and their loved ones a lot of money, time, and joy.
Pain makes people get stuck in many areas of their life if not processed in time. However, once the pain
is processed, treated and the healing occurs, people get new energy and thrive in life and become a
support system for many beginning with self, close family members and the outer world.
It is against this background; I have developed a project to start a life transforming talk show (From Pain
to Fruitfulness - P2F) that will narrate movement from pain to fruitfulness in life through sharing real
human stories (testimonies) where people moved from pain to healing and are now fruitful in life.
Mental health education and self-compassion practice will be incorporated. It will be happening every
3rd Saturday of the month in person (face to face) and every 2nd Saturday of the month online.
